PROPRIETÀ CAFFÈ

Rinfresca lo sguardo: la caffeina è ben tollerata dalla pelle,infatti la troviamo nelle formule delle creme e gel specifici per una zona delicata come il contorno occhi , per contrastare gli accumili di grasso delle borse e attenuare i gonfiori mattutini. È un buon antietá: uno dei composti polifenolici contenuti nel caffè è l’acido clorogenico . Ha un potere antiossidante in grado di contrastare l’invecchiamento. Fortifica infine i capelli.

-1/2 tazza di caffè

MASK INGREDIENTS:

For the honey and coffee mask we need

- 3 tablespoons of honey

-1/2 cup of coffee

Mescolate in un recipiente il caffè e il miele fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Applicate la maschera sul viso tramite movimenti circolari per esfoliare la pelle. Lasciare agire perin 20 minuti . Trascorso il tempo..rimuovere con acqua fredda.

IMPRESSIONE PERSONALE

Ho trovato questa maschera molto delicata e la pelle super morbida e non necessita di crema dopo l’applicazione. Non parliamo del profumo di caffè. Questa maschera la applico una volta alla settimana se ho qualche brufolino..diversamente anche una ogni due settimane.

Mix coffee and honey in a container until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Apply the mask on the face using circular movements to exfoliate the skin. Leave to act for 20 minutes. After the time .. remove with cold water.

PERSONAL IMPRESSION

I found this mask very delicate and the skin super soft and does not require cream after application. We do not talk about the smell of coffee. This mask I apply it once a week if I have some little brufolino..diversamente also one every two weeks
